Palumbo Management is an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency permitted CCDD fill operation location.  We currently are accepting loads of uncontaminated soils for fill. All project soils must be submitted for testing by Professional Geologist to certify soils are uncontaminated. Accepting clean clay, top soil, asphalt grindings, broken asphalt, clean stone.
